After a
year long, give or take a few months, disruption, my good friend Mael, aka
Manders, and I have decided to reestablish a group that meant a lot to us and
was very special to us...Gamma Alpha Phi (GAP/ΓΑΦ).
Along with the fresh beginning, there will be some minor changes, we have begun to refer to it as a ‘revamping.’ Just some much needed alterations, such as new uniforms, \o/ woot, a new mascot, a new motto, etc. Nonetheless, where it really matters, our foundation, our core, our values… Gamma Alpha Phi is still the same.
We still believe that friendship, loyalty, honesty, courtesy, consideration, and respect of our Sisters, others, and ourselves are extremely important. I believe many of us lost sight of that those last terrible days so long ago, and though we are not forgetting the past of Gamma Alpha Phi, we have let go and moved on.
Gamma Alpha Phi’s past is very important to what Gamma Alpha Phi is and what it has become. We met many awesome people, had an enormous amount of fun and goofy moments, ‘Go team retard!’ lol, and we learned a good deal about ourselves through our mistakes, the people we met along the way, and the friendships we made.
We bring this with us forward, the heart, the essence, the experiences (good & bad), and the lessons learned, to make Gamma Alpha Phi a greater faction to be a part of.
